We provide a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after this period due to pre-ordering requirements with the restaurant.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, it is not necessary, as we have a registration list and provide delegate badges.

Can I update my registration information?

Please contact on Social Media link and email.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, but please inform us no later than 48 hours before the event so we can update the event list and delegate badges accordingly.
